FATHER’S DAY EVE
The 2.5 inches of rain this week has left the course wet, as we once again play catch up on bunker repair, mowing banks & rough, & debris cleanup. Yesterday (Friday) the club experienced an excellent day with numerous golfers and a course that represented itself quite well considering the amount of cleanup and pumping we did on Thursday to get the course into shape. Today’s forecast is somewhat a crap shoot but from 6am-10am the forecast is in the 20-30% range with an increase into the 40% till around 12pm where they go into the 60’s around midday before decreasing to 20-30%. I am hopeful that the southside might get missed but it seems the target has been on our back for much of the past 2-3 weeks.
Here is a pre Happy Father’s Day wish to all the Father’s out there and praying that Mother Nature allows me to enjoy my Father’s Day with dry socks, a fishing pole in my hand, & my kids.

Father's Day dinner, not! |
Our luck has to change at some point doesn’t it?
Best guess respectfully submitted,
